Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. * More than 48 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through your booking confirmation without any additional fees. * Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee also applies to appointments that are rescheduled within the 48-hour window. * No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will also be charged a 50% no-show fee. We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
